Almost There Guys! I'm really pleased with the progress. =)
I think we should be able to knock everything out in one more round of revisions. Then, we will have a great format to use for future explainer videos as well.
All of my current comments will be in red text for this round, and everything is covered up here in the top section.
I don't care for the background music. Please use the same track from the promo video to make it easy.
This was missed from the last request. Please change the background music. I'm going to provide a new audio, and put the link to the right.
The background music sound level is a little loud right now... Sometimes I strain to hear Tanisha speak. Please lower it about 10-15% of current level.
We need to work on the format of the supers. Let's move all of the captions to the format on the right. Only, let's put the captions on the top, above Tanisha's head. The bottom (like depicted on the right) will block her hands. And the pop up window method used now is too bulky and blocks much of the video.
Let's make this the format for the entire video... If it will fit on one line above her head, then please display caption there.
If it will not fit on one line above her head... Like the list of things to bring, then use a text box as explained right below.
General Notes on All Supers / Captions:
*Caption Text Is Too Big... Please Lower By 4 px Across the Board
*Please enlarge all TOP SUPERS by 20%
*Please get rid of all asterisks in the TOP SUPERS. (*) It doesn't look good when they appear. But, if it's not a top super, then the asterisk is fine in a list.
*Please go through all TOP SUPERS and make sure that the first letter of each word is capitalized.
*Cancelation Policy Super is misspelled.
*What To Bring & Wear top super has no transparency... Please capitalize the first letter of all words.

*There is too much padding used around the text in the text boxes. For this application, we want text boxes that are only big enough to contain the text with not much extra padding. However, we only need text boxes for what will not display properly above Tanisha's head on one line with no word wrap.
*Please do not use two lines of caption space at the top... Reduce text or text size... Or create text box if needed.
*Use a text box if needed to display a list that will not fit on one line above her head.
*The background of the Text / Caption Boxes seems to be Pure White with 100% Transparency. Let's try 60% transparency so that some of the background image comes through, but still provides enough contrast to see the text.
*Too many changes in format with listing methods like asterisk or 1), 2), 3)... Let's just use the asterisk across the board. I will make these requests in the individual sections below.
I will not comment on the individual sections about the need of the captions to all go up top and everything else that was discussed in this section regarding the supers.

Folks, the purpose of this video is twofold: it’s to explain how to finish confirming your booking in our reservation system, and also to give you some important information that you'll need to know for the day of the tour.
Now, if you started by purchasing your voucher through an Online Travel Agency like Tripadvisor, please understand that their reservation system is totally separate from our system, and many of the booking details still need to be entered manually on our side to ensure accuracy.
Also Friends, please know that we have a very easy cancellation policy if your plans should change... However, for your own sake, please don't let anyone else convince you to cancel your booking with us just to save $10 on a "similar" tour.
There are many wanna-be tours out there that try to copy our itinerary... But they cannot copy the experience that we offer. So, thank you for trusting us.

[What is the tour?]
Okay, so let’s talk a little about the excursion. This tour is a guided, full-day, 10 hour adventure that shows you the best that Oahu has to offer...
Including Snorkeling [Jump To Picture of Sea Turtle] and the Dole Pineapple Plantation on the North Shore [Keep Current Video of Dole Plantation].
Now, please understand that we will be either stopping or driving past over 16 noteworthy locations around Oahu. So, it's not possible to spend too much time at each location.

Also, please understand that some of the locations will be ‘drive by featured.’ For instance, we will drive past Hanauma Bay, see it from a distance, and talk about it on the bus.. However, it's not possible to make this a full stop as it is not allowed legally. So, please understand the difference between full stops and drive bys.

[What to wear and bring]
Now one important consideration is what to wear and what to bring with you. Well, check the weather before you leave, but comfort is key on the tour. So, Choose resort casual clothes, comfortable footwear, and consider wearing your swimsuit under your clothes for convenience. Most people wear sandals all day with no problems, but there is a lot of moving around because there are so many stops. So wear whatever type of footwear you believe you’ll be comfortable in.

Also, we will be providing bottled water, drinks, and snacks, but feel free to pack your own favorite treats.
And don't forget these items either: A small bag, a small umbrella if rain is forecasted, sunscreen & sunglasses, one beach towel per person, your cell phone and charger bank, and cash or cards for lunch, coffee, and the Byodo Temple Entrance Fee.

One thing that is really important to know is that your pickup time and your pickup location need to be manually assigned by a tour coordinator.
If you purchased through a travel agency like trip advisor, then they are not able to transfer all of the necessary data over to do this automatically. So, to complete your reservation, we need to connect you with one of our tour coordinators.
